§ 8-1. Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner rules; adoption by reference.

There is hereby adopted by the City, for the purpose of prevention of destruction of life and property by fire, explosion and related hazards, the State Minimum Fire Safety Standards of the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner, under the authority of O.C.G.A. § 25-2-12(b). Such rules are hereby adopted to the same extent as if fully set out herein. Copies of such rules are on file at the office of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
