§ 19-94. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

The City has the authority to adopt this article pursuant to the "Home Rule" provisions of the State Constitution and O.C.G.A. title 36, ch. 71 (O.C.G.A. § 36-71-1 et seq.).

(b)

This article shall apply to all land-receiving water and/or wastewater treatment services from the City, incorporated and unincorporated land alike.
