§ 19-38. Tampering with meters; connection or reconnection without permission; fines.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with or change any water meter, or to make any connection to the system without permission from the City Clerk, or to reconnect service, when it has been disconnected for nonpayment of a bill for service, or to use water therefrom until such bill has been paid in full, including the cut-off fee and the cut-on fee.
