§ 16-67. Maximum on streets and highways.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 40-6-183, the speed zones established by resolution of the Mayor and City Council, and which may be amended from time to time by Resolution of Mayor and Council and as on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby established as the speed limits within the City.
