§ 15-69. Administrative and regulatory fee structure.

(a)

A nonprorated, nonrefundable administrative fee established in the schedule of fees and charges shall be required on all business and occupation tax accounts for the initial start-up, relocation or reopening of those accounts.

(b)

A regulatory fee will be imposed as provided under O.C.G.A. § 48-13-8(b) on all applicable businesses and practitioners as defined in O.C.G.A. § 48-13-9.
