§ 10-19. Compensation.

In conformance with O.C.G.A. § 15-18-97, the Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court shall be compensated by the City as provided by local law or, in the absence of such local law, as provided by the Mayor and Council. The Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court shall be entitled to be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his or her official duties in the same manner and rate as other municipal employees.
