§ 10-16. Qualifications of the Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 15-18-92(a) any person appointed as the Prosecuting Attorney of a Municipal Court shall be a member in good standing of the State Bar and admitted to practice before the appellate courts of this State.

In performing duties for the City, the Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court shall abide by the applicable rules of professional conduct set forth by the State Bar, as amended from time to time.
